The Company provides detailed confidential manual and standard forms for all inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation functions including on-site procedures to ensure consistent quality and provide a clear record of all items delivered, installed & serviced. All staff are fully trained to carry-out Gymnasium maintenance competently and efficiently and are certified for each work area.
Work schedules for every aspect of the business ensure that all works are carried out to applicable standards and consistent quality is maintained. Materials and parts used in both maintenance and manufacturing meet the best possible standards and in accordance with our Quality Assurance requirements.
Health & Safety
The Company has detailed manuals for all delivery, installation, and maintenance functions. These include on-site and off-site procedures to ensure that safe working method are followed and to maintain the Health & Safety of all Operatives and Clients. Specific operations are subjected to Risk Assessments and procedures are amended where appropriate. There have been no noticeable accidents or any Health & Safety executive enforcement since the Company was formed.
Monthly training meetings are held together with routine Job training sessions in order to improve procedures and operations to increase product knowledge, monitor employee progress, and promote awareness of all Health and Safety requirements.
